About Me

Hi!
My name is Whitney and I am a wife, daughter, sister, aunt and teacher.
More specifically:

• I am a wife of 5 years to my AMAZING husband
• I am the daughter ( and daughter in-law) to some awesome people who are always good role models
• The little sister to the worlds best big brother (who happens to be an outstanding daddy to his beautiful group of babies)  and sister in-law to the most amazing collection of people
• I am an Aunt to a 4 year old a 3 year old and three 1 year olds and one soon to be newborn (they are all perfect in my opinion)
• I am a third year teacher of the best group of 8th graders to ever learn Algebra 1 or 8th grade math. 

I will probably focus on that last one the most but they all make me who I am.

My main idea in education can be summed up by Mr. Albert Einstein:

"I never teach my pupils; I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn."
